12 Week Programs

The 12 week programs are individualized to meet your weight loss goals. Average weekly weight loss is 1-2 pounds.

1. 12 week weight loss food plan
  • Precisely portioned meal plan for consistent weight loss individually developed for you with the guidance of a Registered Dietitian.
  • Twelve weekly education and counseling support group sessions with the option to extend participation for greater weight losses.
  • A complete physical, laboratory studies and EKG are done with your physician or at our center and may be required prior to entering the program. Lab work is required only for participants with medical diagnoses that require more frequent monitoring.
  • Payment plans available.
2. 12 week OPTIFAST weight loss plan
  • 4 weeks of use of the OPTIFAST supplement
  • 8 weeks of learning nutrition skills as food is added back to your eating plan
  • Twelve weekly education and counseling support group sessions with the option to extend participation for greater weight losses.
  • Precisely portioned meal plan for weight maintenance or further loss is developed for you with the guidance of a Registered Dietitian.
  • A complete physical, laboratory studies and EKG are done with your physician or at our center and may be required prior to entering the program. Lab work is required only for participants with medical diagnoses that require more frequent monitoring.
